African Grey
These parrots are medium sized and are usually of a greyish colour. They have grey body and sometimes red on the tail or wing. This is a speaking parrot, it is the best for speech. They will talk to you if you train them properly. It can not be guaranteed that a Grey will ever speak. Sometimes a Grey will never talk or show any signs of talking. They are generally loud and screaming birds who need lots of attention from our side to become bonded to us. Once bonded, the bird will be loyal and will love you more than you can think possible.
Conure
These parrots are small sized and have very big tails attached to their bodies. They come in a variety of colours and are intelligent. They love to play games. They are good for learning cool tricks and remembering them. It will take you a lot of time and god will to teach them to talk. The down side of having a prrot like this is that you need to spend a large amount of time with them, its best for people who stay home a lot.
This is due to the fact that they need many hours of training every day to instill proper behavioir. These birds usually screech very much and make a lot of noise and racket but if they are given an early training then they can be made to control themselves so that the screeching does not become a problem.
Macaw
These parrots have been known to survive for about more than fifty years and knowing this you should be ready for a long relation with your bird. It is considered to be the largest of the parrots so get a big bird cage. To make the bord comfortable get a high and wide cage. Keep this bird out of its cage as much as possible.
They will bite on this and due to their strong beaks will go through things quick. This means that they will destroy your furniture if you are not careful. This parrot gets bored easily so make sure to get it lots of toys.
